02 would be to download the OH TOPO and see if you like it, if so then download others when you get to it. My only "complaint" about the Ibycus map is they're a little too detailed and a little hard to read. I use both Ibycus and Garmin Topos and switch between them often. These are all sometimes very large files and take some time to download.worst case scenario is you download a map you don't need, but you still have it. The trails and POI files look very useful as well, depends on if you would use them or not. The Northeast Topo is confusing in its description looks like it would have topos for all the listed states, but only 2 of 3 parts are available. The States and Counties would be good for any Challenge caches you may wish to pursue they only contain the boundry data. But the Ohio Topo would be a good one to start with 24K resolution compared to the 100K of many Garmin products. I don't know about "best", that's for you to choose.
